We donated network equipment for the L.Rydygier Hospital in Krakow
The coronavirus epidemic, and therefore concern for the health of patients and employees, forces hospitals to look for new solutions that will help in the near future in the fight against complications of this disease.
We do not remain indifferent to the appeal for help and support. Therefore, we decided to donate network equipment to the L. Rydygier Hospital, including Ethernet network switches, and wireless network components that increase the capacity of the hospital network and allow more devices to work simultaneously in the environment WiFi. The donated devices will help increase the bandwidth and reliability of the WiFi network at the same time for the communication needs of medical personnel taking samples for testing for the SARS-COV-2 virus.
In the fight against the coronavirus, the Hospital currently operates an isolation ward, where people who are infected, but who pass the disease mildly and do not require treatment in the hospital, who, thanks to isolation, will not infect their loved ones. These places are also intended for people who are suspected of having the disease and have been referred by a doctor for examination.
COVID-19 is not the only problem facing the Hospital. The hospital also does not forget about the other patients who, despite the enormous difficulties caused by the pandemic, also require hospital security and immediate intervention. This is very difficult in the current situation.
We are very proud that our equipment will serve hospital staff and patients not only during the epidemic, but also in the future, and thus help in the daily work of medical personnel.
