The challenges of high-speed networks

The eighth edition of RONOG will bring together network operators, Internet service providers, IT experts and representatives of government organizations. A presentation last year by Marcin Bała at RONOG, concerning the advantages of xWDM technology, was very well received. In my lecture, I will discuss these challenges, but also point out the benefits of increasing bandwidth.
